He's ambivalent about it, FBR. He does think it's cool. But he's also horrified at the same time. Cool because he feels like we know the inside scoop on cannabis. Horrified because, well, we're his parents. Talking. Writing. Making public cyber-spectacles of ourselves. It ranks right up there with seeing us dance. Since the whole world revolves around him, you see, we could possibly embarrass him and traumatize him for life.


By the time we make our world tour, I like to think you'll be in a place in your life, Slip, where your fears don't hold you back as much. I think it can happen. In fact, I'm sure it can. I've seen a heck of a lot of people get on planes who said the same thing. There are medications that can help, too. However, if, 20 years from now you're still telling yourself you can't, we'll simply have to fly Terri up from Houston alone and take her along. I know she'll be open to it!

erm... well.... it'd take me a hell of alot of a certain perscription drug (which i do need to be prescribed) and probably QUITE a few drinks before i'd even consider gettin on a plane..... first of all, i'd probably have to ask you a 100x over where i am... and of course, if i was dying becuas the plane was in a free fall, i couldn't honestly care less lol.

ok, maybe if Stonehenge, the Easter Islands, the Pyramids, that ancient old city in like china or where ever, and the Burj Al Arab hotel were included in this tour, i'd maybe prolly intoxicate myself long enough for flying......maybe.

And yeah what LIP said be like in that film the business lol, lots of people are scared of flying on planes, I was when I was little but I've gotten used to it, Theres so much of the world to see.

Let me just clarify further, Cannabis. This thread is actually about our son, whom Slip referred to as Dave Byrd, Jr. He's just a lurker, not a member. My husband's screen name is Dave Byrd, with no junior or senior denotation. His avatar is a cross section of an anatomical heart drawing.

Slip and Snookums are another married couple. Phatty Lumpkins and his wife or ladyfriend are here. Surrey's Princess's husband used to post here. In fact, they met each other here! There are probably others, too, that I don't know about.

Princess should post more but seeing as the situation that she is in I understand why it would be hard for her and cancom would probably be the last thing on her mind shes a great person though very easy to get along with.
