I can see we're going to need to plan a North American tour and then a world tour. I'm all over this idea. Stops in every major American-Canadian area where my Cann.com friends from this continent are, and then we'll head across the Atlantic to to see our European friends. Then circle on further east and south to the Asia-Pacific region. Then make a full circle and come back home through South America. I had hoped to get Dave high for the first time in Amsterdam, but I'm thinking that might have to be in California on the first leg of our American journey. He's not as passionate a traveler as I am, but if I find golf courses in most of our destination cities, I think I can get him out of Texas. If I can't, I'll use the technique I learned long ago to get him to come someplace where I want to go, which is to buy a ticket and announce, "I'm going to XX" as I haul my suitcases down. After a few minutes of watching me begin to take packing inventory, he suddenly decides maybe he'll come, too.

i have so many reasons but all boil down to they fall... lol... statisticly you have a better chance of being bitten by a shark then being on a plane that crashes (supposedly) but i see alot of shark bites... so..........

He's ambivalent about it, FBR. He does think it's cool. But he's also horrified at the same time. Cool because he feels like we know the inside scoop on cannabis. Horrified because, well, we're his parents. Talking. Writing. Making public cyber-spectacles of ourselves. It ranks right up there with seeing us dance. Since the whole world revolves around him, you see, we could possibly embarrass him and traumatize him for life.

By the time we make our world tour, I like to think you'll be in a place in your life, Slip, where your fears don't hold you back as much. I think it can happen. In fact, I'm sure it can. I've seen a heck of a lot of people get on planes who said the same thing. There are medications that can help, too. However, if, 20 years from now you're still telling yourself you can't, we'll simply have to fly Terri up from Houston alone and take her along. I know she'll be open to it!

thats pretty trippy i had a buddy named dave byrd, but he passed away skateboarding accident, but im gonna smoke one for him tonigh since this reminded me of him
