MOTHER PLANTS can someone HELP...

I want to keep a mother plant from my current crop of euphoria fems.But are fem seeds any good for keeping mothers ?also how do you do it ,i imagine you just trim all the lovely buds and leave the rest under 24hrs light and at some point start to give it some veg nute.:smokin:dragonbud Reviewed by dragonbud on . MOTHER PLANTS can someone HELP...
Cut a couple of the lower branches from your plant and clone them. Once they have roots, change them from 24/7 to 18/6. Right about the time you put them into #1 pots, they will start to re-veg. Once the re-vegging is over (about two weeks), you'll have nice vegging plants. Watch their growth for awhile then keep the best grower for a mother.
There's a fairly current thread about Bonzai moms that has some real good tips in it.

is your crop in flower?
if not you can keep them as mothers on the same light schedule for bery long times. Feed nutes only when they need it.
Read a little on cutting clones.

thanks for the advise .
i thought that a clone would be no good for cloning again so to speak,as i thought it would be weaker,but as you can imagine their are lots of bullshit opinons you learn as your growing up.

Every time you clone, it goes up a generation, and gets better because for example the plant you are taking it from is adapting to your growing conditions each time you clone.
