Cannabis aside and even the fact she had been drinking don't excuse letiing an animal like that into your home. The damn dog had already attacked someone and should've been destroyed, she is guilty of allowing the fucking thing to attack that poor kid and should be locked up with rabid pitbulls for company.
Too many people own these dogs for all the wrong reasons and they were bred for only one purpose and that was as fighting dogs, they are not family pets .
