Speedy seedlings

My seedlings are sprouting so fast, they're too tall and now they flop to the side. I've tried burying them deeper, but I'll be damned if they just keep growing...

How the hell can I stop this? I'm growing both bagseed and a few heady indica and sexy sativa strains.

put the light lower or add more light

or maybe its a sativa in which case keep the light as low as poss from start to finnish
