Peat pellets are those round disks you buy at WalMart that swell when you wet them. They are made of peat which really isn't good for clones.

What you want to use are Rapid Rooters. They look kinda like peat pellets, but they are made from ?? (ground up bark I think) and are what people use for cloning.
