Come on Houstoners help me out.. hey yall! ok so I've been to this bar in houston anywhere between 7- 15 times, the name is Elsie's(?). its a kind of yuppie bar, but with a great outdoor deck.. i dont remember where it is cause everytime i went i was always the passenger and too stoned. i remember kind of what it looks like but its been toooooo many highs ago.... I THINK its near the kirby or montrose area... i might be wrong... anyway has anyone ever been? or heard of it?...we tried searching on yellopages, google, The Rating: 5
