Any tips to just...chill?
everyone has had a 'flip out.' it isn't abnormal. i cant really describe what i do, really it just comes with practice. being baked in public places is SO funny because you feel like you're acting weird, and the paranoia does in fact make you act weird, even if you weren't until you started feeling like you were, you follow? lol. i try to do the actual act of smoking somewhere that im 99% safe at if its possible. the paranoia from doing it anywhere else for most people is sort of a buzzkill.
if its simply being high in public that gets you, put your mind to honing your 'high skills'. i notice that i can eavesdrop on conversations five tables away sometimes like i have super hearing! focus on your motor stoned ability- like think about how weird/cool just walking the hell around seems. if its nice out think about how sweet it is to be walking around relatively care-free in the late summer sunshine (gay, but works)! it may seem like common sense, but its worth mentioning that i find that focusing on things (like conversation) help me enjoy my high a lot more. sitting there feeling like you're shaking and you kinda have to pee but youre afraid to attempt movement... thats no fun, and the paranoia will just snowball if you let it so try not to get to that point in the first place=P
simply 'doing it a lot' aka with practice it gets easier. soon youll be able to walk around wal-mart stoned as crap with an entire box of paydays in your hand and a huge smile on your face (as i did a couple hours ago!).love the ones you\'re given.
