Is 10 weeks without smoking sufficient time to pass a urine test for a heavy/daily smoker? I am 5"10 and 240 pds. My test is on Thursday

Its been exactly 10 weeks since I smoked and I am applying for another job with pre-employment screening. Im 5'10 and 240 pds. I used to work out a lot ,but not so much anymore.
