Three of the best songs i have heard while stoned are:
Elliot Smith - Son of Sam or Independence Day
Lil Wayne - I feel like dying
Animal Collective - Leaf House

All of these songs have inspired me in different ways while high. They are all VERY different songs by very different artists, but I think everyone should give each a chance and I think that most people who smoke will enjoy at least 1 of the 3.
