Subbing is all I do anymore.I keep a bottle of quickfix with me at work so if I ever get called in for a random all I have to do is stop at a convenience store on the way to the lab,borrow there microwave for 10 seconds and I'm home free.It really relieves a hell of a lot of pressure.:thumbsup:

Last night I got really paranoid about creatine (but those steaks were wonderful) and decided to spend two hours practicing with a bottle of Quick Fix. However, I'm still full of aspirin, vitamin B, Tums, and salted Gatorade just in case something goes wrong. (I found a thread where a girl used Quick Fix and the collector told her that it was "flat" and "didn't smell") So, I'm prepared Rating: 5
