definitely a bubbler. they're economical and small so you can do it wherever so long as your careful. possibly a chillum. those work pretty good too, but can burn hot

You will probably get higher by putting it in a bong or blunt, but if it's some nice bud you might want to conserve it and pack the pipe or roll a small J to smoke to the dome.
