Budding???
Hey, Iv been growing a couple of plants outside, and from what iv read, they should have started budding now, but the only sign of buds are a few very small white hairs from the nodes. Are these the start of buds? Iv tried to show them on the pictures

Budding???
Jamus, here in the uk we're not on 12/12 just yet. Wait until october, the weather and your plant should have made up their minds by then. If not, remember that it takes a couple weeks for a plant to adjust from vegging to flowering. Just give it time.

Did you plant her late? I've got a very similar situation with a plant that I started late.
I would think if this plant of yours was going to be male it would've shown its sex by now. Females tend to show up later in the game then males from what I've heard. Out of my four plants, the males already showed up (2-5 weeks ago) and were promptly eradicated by yours truly. I haven't visited the remaining plant for a couple of weeks, but last time I was out there it looked just like yours. I'm pretty sure its a female since the males were already so obvious (and the odds are in her favor given that 3/4 were male).
If she takes much longer to show I'm going to have to start worrying about a freeze before harvest though...

Yeah..if you got white hairs poppin up your on your way to Flowering, Lol...these things always take time..One safe way you can make decisions about your plant is by watching their changes every 2-3 weeks....It kinda gives you a ballpark guess on where your at :P
But if you see white hairs... wait like a week or 2 and BAMMMMmm..the damn things seem to double in size by then..it's awesome in every way you can possibly imagine it.
