Use 1/4 tsp baking soda in 1 liter/quart of water, spray it on the leaves, then like 1 hour later spray it with plain water. The baking soda destroys the cells that make the mildew, and is harmless to humans and try to remove all infection sites.... However, you could score a nasty lung infection from smoking it, I had a crop with powdery mildew at 4 weeks and it didn't hurt me.
