No you should test with the first void of the day because it is not dilute unless you drank a bunch of fluids before you went to sleep (I mean a BUNCH) or tied one on the night before.

Ditch the complex but if it makes you feel better, you can go with pure B-2 and that will give you color and be easier on your stomach.

You can add salt to your sports drink if you want, like a 1/4 teaspoonful for each 8 ounces.
