Pink Floyd....Almost
On Saturday, September 15th David Gilmour, the lead singer and guitarist for Pink Floyd is going to be broadcast at select theaters performing in concert. I have a DVD of him in concert performing solo, along with a backing band, and it is as close to a Floyd show as you can get. Fantastic quality. I have seen the Floyd four times in person, and I've seen Roger Waters in person once. David's DVD is as close to a Floyd concert as I've seen.
I know that the Cinemark on the Tollway is showing the performance at 2pm on the 15th and I plan to attend with a buddy or two.
Here is what I found online:

By the way, the David Gilmour show was very good. Excellent music, excellent surrounding. Only thing wrong was an idiot down the row who talked constantly during the show.
It was kind of funny seeing how many red eyes there were walking in...:stoned:
