Is just a bong enough for probable cause? Because bongs can be used for anything, its only drug para. when there is residue in it or something.

I also agree that you may have consented to allowing them to enter without knowing, however I do think that with a lawyer you do have a really good chance of having the charges dropped.

Then, we see some people walking up to our door which were undercover cops. They said the car outside was parked too far from the curb. The cop straight up just walked in my house without asking (hopefully i can fight this in court) and saw my brand new $62 2-foot bong.
