    Growing lowryder

Hey i have been reading on this site for about 3 weeks and i love it, so ive decided im gonna grow some lowryder #2

I have already made 2 of the odour neutralizer's ive seen on the DIY on the site and i have 2 little fans from walmart for $5.00 each. I have a cabinet wich is 3 feet wide and 2 feet in height, my main plan is to get a male and female together at first and harvest a shit load of seeds. Then i want to have about 2 plants going at a time.I currently have 1 74 watt fluro bulb and 2 40 watt fluro bulbs, will i have to put them all up for good yeild? O and i asked my mom and dad if i could grow and they were suprisingly cool about it, they just said if i cant smell it then i dont care. Input would be appreciated on what type of soil and fertz and all. And how much lowryder #2 would stink up my room. Much appreciated:jointsmile:

I've grown some masterlow, which is similar to lowryder.

2 feet high is really pushing the envelope for the possible height of the plant, which can get to 30". If you do the "LST" or whatever it's called for the first three weeks, you might be able to beat the ceiling.

Go with weak/no nutes the first week. Start easy on the second and third with half strength, then up to the end of the fifth with regular strength. After that, flowering nutes the rest of the way, until the flush.

I'd say let them go a week or two longer than the recommended length. If you had a slow week of growth, or other problems, it will make up for it

The more of light, the better the yield with them.

With the space you have, I'd say get a few females and at least one male. Pollinate one female, let the other grow out as bud.

Once you know you have a male, move the young man out until you have a girl to bud, and a girl to seed. Pollinate the seed girl, then after a few days, she can move back in with her sister.

You'll probably get a half ounce per plant with that setup.

well 2 x 100watt fluro bulbs If they made such a thing they would be a little over 100 inches long.
Now if its cpf its puts out the amount of light equel to a 100 watt incand. bulb. Which is not much lightl
If its Cpf bulbs it has the power of about 13 watts florsent it they were straight, but they are not.
If the bulbs were placed next to each outher you could get about .5 sq feet of growing space. The rule of thumb is mim 50 watts per sq ft and past 75 is down hill.
The best use for cpf are in a closet to keep the boogie man out.
Use 4 ft , full service mag ballast, full service cool white for growing and warm white for blooming.
Electronic ballast are only good as landfill , they eat bulbs , they loose there output in a few months.
Even with full service ballast , you need to replace the bulbs every 2.5 months, 3 max.
The more you read about growing pot the more you want to know.
A man with one seed knows it all , the man with a room full of buds wants to learn more.

Yeah they make CFL's that are in the body of a flood to direct the light.

Here is an new autoflower strain grown under 2 x 65w CFL bulbs for a total of 130w pushing about 10k lumens.

Here is the link for the $40 light setup I used.

Integrity is the basing of one\'s actions on an internally consistent framework of principles. Depth of principles and adherence of each level to the next are key determining factors. One is said to have integrity to the extent that everything he does and believes is based on the same core set of values. While those values may change, it is their consistency with each other and with the person\'s actions that determine his integrity.
