Labcorp drug test - please help

I only have two questions

1. Been clean since Aug. 9 and took a labcorp drug test on Sept. 7th which meant I had been clean for 30 days. Im 6 ft 165 w/ fairly fast metabolism. I also took vales perma clean tablets for first 2 weeks of being clean and exercised about three times a week. a week before the test I took 2 at home tests and passed both with first void and then a second vid of the day with a faint negative line. Im still paranoid but do you think Im in the clear or are these home test fairly unreliable?

2. In FEbruray I apllied for a job and failed a labcorp drug test. This test was also with labcorp but a different company. Will they use this against me or will they just use standard procedure?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

She made me sign a form and gave me a cup to go into a bathroom w/ no sink. I had to lock my wallet and keys up and empty my pockets. the toilet had blue water in it. the door was closed and she wasnt around.

Also my sample was my third of the day from what Ive read your first void of the day is the most concentrated.

1) You probably passed, better than 95% chance.
2) Failing a test for a DOT job is the only time they share this, between DOT jobs.

If I took the labcorp test on a friday at around 2 pm, when do u think my employer will get the results?

Does it take 2-5 business days?

Looks as if i passed hr sent me all new hire documents.
Labcorp only took a couple days

Do most corporations never say u passed or contact u, do they just assume ur negative?
