Down here in the states, posession is a slap on the wrist compared to a DUI. If he can give you a dui, its not even worth his time to write up another ticket for posession. So you'd probably get out of it that way.

*sigh* dude, I'm not being clear enough it seems. I'm not advocating this as an escape method, I'm just saying could they hold this particular charge? Because they did catch you with it, they just don't have it.

The cops seeing you passing a joint when you drive by, so they flash their lights and pull you over. Now, what if you pull over and just locked your doors and windows, took out all your weed, and you and your friends just power-toked it as fast and hard as possible. You smoke all of it up in bowls so there's not even a roach left, then unlock the door and say "yes officer is there a problem?". Rating: 5
