    slow growth

Don't even know where to start, these things are growing so darn slow. Without getting into too much detail I would simply like to hear any comments on the looks of these clones. Been in soil for a month already and .... well you can see they haven't grown much at all.
I'm scared to flush because the pots are big and the plant may rot. Besides I don't know what the issues is.

One plant has some purpling around the edge of some leaves though it can be hard to see on pic. (pic: Sour D 1)
Another has very light green color around edge of leaf and a few spots on the middle of the leaf with extra light green as well. (pic: Sour D 2)

    - had spider mites a while back but those are gone (used neem oil).
    - It's been hot lately
    - Doing light LST
    - water ph 6.5

What kind of lighting are you using because there seems to be a lot of stem growth and not much beyond that. A regular incandescent light bulb gives some of the frequencies of light the cannabis plant can use, but it also gives off a high percentage of far red and infra-red light which cause the cannabis plant to concentrate its growth on the stem and can cause stretching stems or bunching if the light is closer.

if he was growing in that soil in those pots, at this time of the year, and with clones outdoor he would have to be a lost cause to start clones outdoors I just gave the assumtion no one is dumb enough to start clones outdoors let alone in an entire indoor soil mix

To start off, clones that size should be rooting, unmolested by tying down and such, in an 18 oz cup or something similar in size. Then, when the roots start to circle the outside of the medium in the cups, they should be put into a #1 pot. Then you can start to train them.

When the cutting is undergoing the cloning process, during the time that it has no roots to absorb nutrients, it feeds on its fan leaves. Once the plant is in the 18 oz cup, I trim the leaves until there is no yellow at all. Then I watch the leaves and continue to trim and/or remove them - they kinda take on a certain palor when they are no longer useful. getting rid of the dead/dying/useless original leaves promotes more rapid new growth.

At this point, I'd trim or remove those yellow/yellowing leaves and let your plants concentrate on new growth.

    Yes, they are indoor.
The plants are under 100W cfl (500w)(~6500 usable lumens) covering about 1.5 sq.ft. so it's a very small grow.
The stems are about as long as they were when first planted, the new growth is actually with super tight internodes probably due to the CFL from what I've read.
Yes, they should have been planted in smaller pots, thought it was smart to start out bigger to avoid transplanting but now I know it's not.
The size of the pots is also why they haven't been flushed, being afraid they will drown and die unable to use up the water soon enough.
Soil is 75% supersoili and 25% perilite.
Thanks for the tip on removing yellow/pale growth. It wasn't done because of reading somewhere else that leaves should never be removed until they fall of by themselves (?)

Any other tips are welcome, thanks again.
