Identify the male by finding pollen sacs where there would otherwise be buds, they look like small green balls hanging in clusters. Once you find it rip him outta there double quick and make sure you dont burst any of the sacs because the pollen falling out thereafter will make your buds produce seeds.

If you have already removed the male(s) and your female is producing seeds then i dont know that there's anything much you can do about it. Ultimately you can still smoke the bud, and sew the seeds for your next batch
