No. While the polonium 210 found in tobacco is a suspected carcinogen, it is not known which of the three major known cancer-causing agents in tobacco is responsible for the majority of cancers. Polonium 210 exists naturally in many types of organic fertilizers in minute quantities, but for some reason, tobacco plants have a propensity for accumulating it. Weed doesn't contain any significant amounts of Po 210, but contains other suspected carcinogens. As with smoking tobacco, your risk of cancer from weed depends largely on your intake. It can be argued that the typical weed smoker is much less likely to develop cancer simply from the smaller amounts normally consumed. Cigarette smokers inhale much more smoke daily than the typical weed smoker.
