BONGS are the healthiest way to smoke.....the water filters out a vast majority of the tar, and it does a good job of cooling the smoke. in fact, other chemicals are filtered out too, but not the thc. the BONG is also the best way to conserve your weed and get your maximum stone on. just remember to never burn more of the bowl than you can inhale in one lungful. be efficient. change water frequently.
I wouldn't be so sure about that, sorry for all of you bong smokers but as I mentioned previously it is not known whether filtering the smoke through water is much healthier than smoking from a joint or pipe. Studies that have been done on this tend to show that bongs are also filtering THC so smokers have to inhale more to reach the desired effect. Also note that the more direct flame applied to the material, the more toxins released, when you apply flame directly to a bowl it is being heated more than say a cherried joint.
