In those cultures of the world where women who don't shave their legs/armpits are not seen as disgusting (i.e. most non-Western indigenous cultures, at least originally), this is what the average woman looks like. However, we're so used to seeing the nude female form as hairless in certain places which naturally are meant to grow hair that when we see hair there we consider it strange and disgusting.
