OK, Need a bit of advice!!!!

Ok, I wrote a thread last week saying how I had a drug test the next day. And exactly a week before the drug test I smoked two bowls. But was that was the only time I have smoked in the past year and a half. Well I guess I have to retake the test. Maybe it was too diluted. So I'm taking it tomorrow. Tomorrow will be exactly two weeks since I last smoked those two bowls. And again, that was the only time I've smoked in the past year and a half. I'm 5'4 and about 130lbs. How do you all think I am? Should I be good or should I still slam down some water?

It wouldn't hurt to drink some water. I would try slamming half as much water as what you did the first time. I'm curious, if it's dilute will they tell you that was the problem or do they just leave you in the dark?

Dear Johnnys40, The sentence above shows that You have done no reading or studying on this site. Anyone who know's anything on this site will tell You water works but try to drink a sport drink or gator aid or something like that.

J40, What kind of info do You think People can get from..."Well I guess I have to retake the test". What did they tell You when they called, I'm sure they didn't Say...Duh, I guess You have to take the test over.

Id say grab an inhome testing kit from your local Walgreens or whatever you have there, and test yourself. With that amount of time, its possible that you will be able to pass, or be able to only do a slight dillution to be passable.

Jeffman is right though, guys alot of these questions you have, have been answered fully in the stickied threads at the top of this section. I know its a bit of reading, but alot of people put time into that, and its your best source for knowledge in regards to things like this.

You overdiluted for a one time high. You should try the "mild dilution method" all the rolaids/tums and aspirin and about 24-32 ounces of sports drink.
