    Can anyone give advice. I have a 250 metal halide, is this sufficient for my six ak47,s or will I need to get a 400 or 600.

    Alright dude, welcome to the boards.
    Post in the basic growing forum (inless there is a sub section that would suit your thread better) about your plant questions.
    A MH light would be suitable for the vegative stage, however not really for flowering.
    A HPS (High Presser Sodium) light is suitable for both veg and flower though.
