It's happened to me before too. It could just be a natural high. Just endorphins and dopamines running around your brain. Or maybe THC stored in fat cells can be released making you high. I don't know.

And, also, when i stay much time without eating, when i do some physical exercise, or anything that burns fat, i feel high. Sometimes, the high is very noticeable (for me), and very enjoyable (as im in a break). The THC is stored in the fat of the body, so when they are burnt, the THC is released. I think its not so noticeable when im not in a break because my tolerance is greater, so the small amounts of THC released from the fat are not enough for make me feel high.

The 'high' that you experienced there was most likely caused by endorphins which is a hormone that is released after working out or doing anything strenuous which give you a 'feel good' or 'high' feeling.
