ok im freakin out... I keep practicing with my bottle and actual urine (lol) and foot warmer. after having it tucked for 15 min I check the temp and its usually around 98.5 to 99-100... i'm getting worried if my sample is around the high 99's when its in the cup will I be able to drop the temp. safely by blowing and swirling it around while watching the temp strip on the side of the sample cup? will it be safe to help the temp drop with out them knowing the actual temp when it first enters the cup? i'm freeeakin outt!!
