walt, what was the procedure liek at LabCorp? I have a test coming up soon and i'm freaking out... Im substituting and I have a good method and i've been practicing... Im just a little (actually a shitload lot!) worried about the procedure at LabCorp... How long did you wait after walking in the door before dropping your sample? Did they make you wear a gown? did they stand by the door and make you keep it open while you pissed? If you could recall your experience that would be great!!

from what i've read on these boards it sounds as if you'lll be fine. but, what were the circumstances on you failing in february? also, i'm confident they do not hold past failed tests against you. (atleast I know this to be true with Labcorp). also, what was the procedure like at labcorp? i've never been there and have only tested once with the ncaa but I also have a test coming up soon. How long did they make you wait once you entered the door? were you in a closed bathroom? did they make you wear a gown? sorry for flooding you with questions...i'm just freaking out...ive been freaking out the past two weeks actually... But, to answer your question, i am confident they DO NOT hold past positive readings against you!:jointsmile:

so when youre in a labcorp for a pre-employment drug test, does the cup they supply you with come with a cap? i'm asking because i have a pre-employment drug test coming up and I plan on subbing... Ihave a good plan and have been practicing! i'm just worried and bugging out and just trying to cover all angles...

Since you are kind of hijacking other threads and double posting, I gave you your own new shiny thread all to yourself to keep everything together.

Are you asking if the specimen cup the collection center gives you has a cap on it? No, it is wide open with about the circumference and diameter of a can of soda and about 3/4 as tall. It has a spout to make pouring out of the cup and into the vials the collector will pour the sample into. Those then usually have flip down lids but you won't be peeing directly into them.

She made me sign a form and gave me a cup to go into a bathroom w/ no sink. I had to lock my wallet and keys up and empty my pockets. the toilet had blue water in it. the door was closed and she wasnt around.

Also my sample was my third of the day from what Ive read your first void of the day is the most concentrated.

If you have to substitute and they are trying to leave the door open try for a few minutes and tell them you can't pee.They will either hold you there for a certain amount of time to try again or release you to come back latter.When you come back put a small hose on the quickfix so you can our it in the collection tube without being noticed.
The DOOR is supposed to be closed.Myself I would just try to make like I was trying to piss a couple times and then tell them I just can't piss with people watching.This is NOT a failure of the drug test.
