newbie question <33
hey. my friend is trying to grow weed. i noticed most of these questions seem like they're geared for pro-growers. this is the first time he's tried to grow marijuana. right now he has a sprout that's about a week old in a big pot. it's about 1/2 an inch and looks pretty healthy so far.
what are some simple things he can do to cultivate it for use? he just has 1 and doesn't really want to spend a lot of money and effort.
will his little rinky dink plant grow without all that high-tech/fancy stuff? how long do you think it will take? any tips or suggestions? thanksss <3blackbarbie Reviewed by blackbarbie on . newbie question <33 hey. my friend is trying to grow weed. i noticed most of these questions seem like they're geared for pro-growers. this is the first time he's tried to grow marijuana. right now he has a sprout that's about a week old in a big pot. it's about 1/2 an inch and looks pretty healthy so far. what are some simple things he can do to cultivate it for use? he just has 1 and doesn't really want to spend a lot of money and effort. will his little rinky dink plant grow without all that Rating: 5

light... fresh air.. and with that one plant its 50% chance it could be male.. so plant some more seeds to better your(his) odds.
Good luck!

the rest are details that your friend has to figure out in order to let the plant grow as healthy as it can.
p.s. if your friend doesnt want to spend a lot of money or effort i suggest a new hobby.

newbie question <33
If your friend figures out how to do this and not spend money, please ask him to let me know his secrets. Hell, I'll pay him for 'em.
On the other hand, this can be an investment. When you grow your own you eliminate the need to deal with street scum selling you who knows what, and its much easier to stay under the radar.
If money is his main concern, or needing to spend some, tell him to take up scrapbooking or crocheting (knit one, pearl two). To do this right indoors it takes money, a good bit of it should you really want to do it right.

thaks for the help. it's not that my friend doesn't want to spend money, he probably will when he grows a bit more, its just that it's his first plant and doesn't really know what he's doin yet ya know? also, the plant is in a pot outside in his backyard

Multivitamin- pointless.
If you're in the northern hemisphere, you have to be growing indoors at this time of year unless you started in spring and your plants are nearing harvest.
