    Growing In Hydrohut. Opinions????

    Hello,

I have been reading through this board for sometime now and recently became a member. Thanks to all of your posts I have had 3 succesfull grows. Now that my confidence has been built I have invested some money into what I now like to call a grow room. My setup includes:

4x4 by 7 feet high HydroHut
    Charcol Filter
Inline exhaust Fan(not sure on cfm)
    Euro System 600W HPS light
    GH Nutes
Sun System 200W MH for veg (Also got some floros)
    WaterFarm like buckets with hydroton

This is where i need advice.
What is the most efficent way to grow in my set-up to accomplish the best yield. I was thinking about doing 3 rubbermade tubs.(3 plants each) 3 week cycle. Start with 1 tub in the hydro but flowering. in 3 weeks put in another tub with 3 more plants. Int three more weeks remove the first tub, push the second tub back and then introduce tub 3. This way i would have 2 tubs one 3 weeks into flowering and one starting all the time. Harvest every 3 weeks. I am growing a strand that is done in 8 weeks in hydro. 2 week veg, 6 week flower. I will be able to veg the plants in a closet in the same room.

    What do you guys think?

    BTW I am a legal patient prop 215 SB420

It's a fine idea but be aware that running a full crop all at once and then having a couple days of down time in between to fumigate your hut is a nice way to guarantee that you can eradicate the pests that you WILL eventually get in your grow room.
I am one to talk though, since I love the perpetual harvest!
For best yield though, a tray with a sea of green is the most efficient.
Since you have the waterfarm style tubs, check out the users xcrispi and weedhound. They both have good logs with great DWC info.
    Welcome to the boards!

    Growing In Hydrohut. Opinions????

I just read through doco's grow. I pretty much invented the same bucket. But i am running a submergable with little irragation sprayers burried under the hydroton. I to have had issues with waterfarms. Damping off for one. The ring splashes all over the stem. I have heard the gram per watt and 1/2 gram per watt. So doesnt it even matter how many i grow. From what i have been reading i can grow one giant plant for 4-6 little ones and get the same yield. Just smaller nugs.. Please correct me if i am wrong. Pics of my setup to come soon....
also isnt docos the 3x3 by 6.5...
will mine being bigger make a difference. i dont get good results if i give the plants alot of room
