Nugs of leaves sold in bags of bud, what's the deal?!

I'm so tired of reaching into the ounce I just bought and sometimes pulling out like a 1g nug of 'bud' that turns out to just be a bunch of leaves and stems all throughout it with some trichs and red hairs in various places, but the bud as a whole is basicially unsmokable unless you enjoy smoking stems. Do people do this shit on purpose to rip people off or what?! Time to vape..

Well, from a seller's standpoint...it makes sense. I know my dealer, who I knew personally, had, sometimes, at least 5 pounds of bud. Did he want to go through it and search for said "nuggs" and take them out, subtracting both weight and his own personal time? No, not ever.

And really...would you want to??

this happens from time to time, less often when dealing with dank and with mature adult salesman or women...in my younger years i found that although the quality of the herb may be the same as im getting now...the quality of the bags im getting now are better....and VOTE FOR RON PAUL !!!

Unfortunetely I don't get bud directly from a grower, but just from people I know can get me an ounce of bud when I want (I don't know where it comes from). Sometimes it's all legit but sometimes a few chunks of bud will be like this and it's really gay..

Another problem: do you people buying like half to full ounces of bud weigh it everytime? Sometimes when I weigh the ounce it's like 3g short but I just figure there's some kind of weight mistake somewhere either in their or my scale, but from a dealers standpoint, I'm sure they're just taking 3g out to make like $45 off it? They know when you're looking at your ounce you probably won't care about a couple grams.. or I usually don't anyways, would you complain?

edit: this is like $300-$350/o bud I'm talking about.

exam the bag before you buy.

Even when buying an ounce, You still have time to run your fingers across the bag and study the density/smell/look.

If the dealers doesnt let you check the buds than get another dealer. If the guy is straight he would be proud to show you the buds before you buy.
