Thye will get bigger before harvest- but are you certain that you have all females? If you don't see HAIRS on all 4, you may very well have a male or 2.

I had to cover them once because of a freeze warning but they were o.k. I am having problems with 2 of them. One of them smells very sweet and is taking forever to finish. Its about 4ft tall with narrow leaves. The top cola is pretty fat but the lower buds are still very small. The other is very skinny and about 3 and a half ft. tall and the buds are still very small.
