The Last Concert Cafe I just noticed a post about the Last Concert Cafe, and I relized that there are alot of people in the houston area that don't know about it, so... The Last Cancert Cafe is a great little mexican food restraunt in the ware house district of Houston. Every night it closes but keeps it's patio open with live music, and undisturbed recreational smoking. Most people go on Wednesday's at 11:00 pm for "Pot Roast" and if I rmember correctly thats the only time 18-20 can enter. For 18-20 year olds it's Rating: 5
