well the first pic isn't a banana spider, it's a golden silk orb-weaver.. i was asking if those were the ones outside his door lol

but yes those are also native to texas, a friend had one as a 'pet' right outside his back door... it was fun to watch him feed it (throw a roach or random bug into the web) that lil fucker could RUN
