Pruning and flowering
Stop!! Don't cut any Fan leafs!!!!
The fan leafs take in energy from the light.
I believe pruning during flowering is more refered to taking off lower branches that have little to no chance of producing any signifigant buds. This allows more plant energy to reach growth that is getting ample light to produce nicer buds. As well it increases airflow through your plant.
Cutting Fan leafs is a big No No. from what I ahve read on the site.
kdkdspecial Reviewed by kdspecial on . Pruning and flowering I have been reading a little bit about pruning lately and i understand that it is used to make more light reach the parts of the plant that needs it. that i get. since most info that is availible to public isnt always the most clear i am asking if it is alright to prune about 30 - 40 % of all upper fan leaves on the plant in order to increase light to all the uppper bud sites? i will get photos if neboy would like to analyse my work to see if it was done properly Rating: 5
