Using Rain Water when Possible
Rhyzome is correct ... as a photographer, I'm well-aware that tourists to the Grand Canyon are encouraged to buy their photographs from the Gift Shop, because it is virtually impossible to take good photographs of the Canyon, the years of smog from L.A. has permanently 'hazed-over' the Canyon ... and, it has been this way for quite a few years ... I don't advise against rainwater for it's pollutants, I don't recommend it, just because you have to add calcium and magnesium, plus the hassle of gathering it, so why not just make it easier, by using other water sources ?? ... :smokin:

i know, it is already a problem with national monuments in the u.s. and a huge prob. with the other monuments that are a thousand+ yrs old in rome. i wasnt really disagreeing about the problems with water. just that you couldnt use it.

Rainwater, before going into the groundwater supply, has to percolate through the ground- sitting in a swamp for a while really does a lot to clean it up; the plants can use some of the chemicals in it, and some species can even uptake and bind organic compounds and heavy metals.

I use ac, dehumidifier water, and rain water.
most cities get their water from rivers and lakes. just google your local water com. it's all there what's in the water.
human poo is listed on everyone. no poo in the sky?
very few get well water, and well water translates to hard water, soft water, or whatever ferts and pesticides the farmer had run off his tobacco.
acid rain is the reason you test ALL water sources ph and ec. aquafina anyone?
please do not take offence. this is IMHO&exp.boy wonder cried and cried because batman doesn\'t respect him or his methods.
