nasty hits

recently ive been getting the nastiest hits from my glass piece. I still get it after i have cleaned my pipe using the alcohol and salt technique. Its like a really nasty tasting hit that makes me gag and cough really deeply And it happens only when it gets to the middle/bottom part of the bowl. Also the smoke is grayish, usually the smoke has a blueish tint but this one is like darker and grayish. And no, its not the bud ive been getting. It happens no matter what type of bud i have let it be dank headies or mid-high grade mids. Is this normal? maybe ive smoked out of it so much its just like that or what.

maybe there is a little bit of resin stuck in there with some alcohol in it?

Dont use alcohol to clean it first of all,would you want to be smoking alcohol, that sounds like a terrible idea, just boil it next time. Actually I would do that anyway, but other than that I have no other way to explain the problem, since Ive never came across that.

rubbing alcohol+salt= the best way to clean a glass pipe. dunno would holding a flame inside the bowl help dissolve it or will i have to boil it or something?

What kind of alcohol, Im pretty sure your talking about rubbing alcohol. Your not even supposed to drink that stuff, and Im sure its not healthy to smoke it, even just the residue, would prolly make it taste bad. Im sure salts not good to smoke either..

yea bro using rubbing alcohol and salt to clean your pipe is a perfectly safe. you dont smoke the alcohol or the salt cuz u rinse the pipe after cleaning it.

lmao, you can't smoke alcohol dude, it just evaporates. Rubbing alcohol evaporates so fast there wouldn't be any there by the time he smoked the pipe.
