I'd ignore people smoking cannabis... and I'd ignore the pot dealers. In fact, I'd ignore all illicit drugs and drug users, unless they are endangering others. I don't agree with the war on drugs in any way, shape or form. And I wouldn't change my mind if I suddenly woke up as a police officer. Just because it's their job, doesn't mean they need to enforce such laws. They're supposed to, but I wouldn't enforce those particular laws. In fact, if I saw another cop busting someone for cannabis, I'd try to get him to not bust them for it.

Depends on how respectful they treat me.

If they say "fuck you, blah blah blah" I'll arrest them.

If they're courteous, I'll let them go, and won't confiscate.

Don't drive or operate heavy machinery right after smoking.

Don't be involving young kids.

Id be pretty biased probably, if it were just some peaceful looking stoner hippie id give them their weed and say enjoy your day. If they were calling me a fucking pig etc id grind up their buds on the ground and let them go anyway
