I agree. Its a personal decision that I dont look down upon, but its not something that I personally view as a necessity.

I once dated a girl (she was 18 at the time so its not age) who had rather "elongated" butterfly wings for Labial tissue.

on one hand I'd say natural is always better than what a doctor thinks he can do, but then again here I am with a snipped jimmy so maybe this procedure isn't a bad idea for some. I'd have to see the before and after pictures but I'm about to eat right now so I'll wait on that lol. But I do think some women think confidence comes from a doctors knife. So many women don't realize there are guys like me that would actually prefer b sized natural breasts than c or d sized fakes. And plastic surgery? you better be a burn victim because I've never seen a girl that had plastic surgery that looked better after the procedure, makes them look too fake.

Some women just need to have better parents to teach them true confidence, and realize that we all can't look perfect but it is in those imperfections that make us all different and unique, and shall I even say attractive?

Doesn't it just matter how it feels?
I can understand if you have had a few kids and you want to tighten it. But I don't understand wanting smaller labia unless it was something that hurt you during intercourse, like someone mentioned above.
