As mentioned in the Showtime comedy Californication, it's a procedure where vagina is made "prettier"? Or the loose lips are cut, I'm not sure.

Just the thought of it, I disagree with. I'd understand if you're aged now and you still want to socialize with younger people but any female under 40-45 doing it??

I have heard about this and read articles and seen extensive detailed pictures on these procedures and the end image is not that good. It looks like a camel's toe that has been sewn shut. I'd say only get it done if you have an 8inch clit that flaps on your leg every time you walk. Other than that, the natural look looks better than a polished off "fake" looking pussy.
