For cfl's I got the bulb sockets that have prongs that stab into the wire, and just put them on an extension cord. Works great and it's easy! Also, maybe a power strip on the back of your cab?

dont know what your cab looks like but here is what i did with mine. I got 3 ceiling fan fixtures from walmart for $1.00 a piece:thumbsup:and drilled 3 holes in the shelf that came with the cabinet. Mounted the fixtures and wired it all up.
Pic 1 is the light setup I used.
Pic 2. I have my extension cord that i ran directly into the power strip. From there i have an old plug i cut off a tv and have it wired to the lights that are all wired together. All you have to do is wire the white to the wite and the black to the black. Just make sure all your connections are capped with electrical wire nuts and tape them up real good.
Pic 3 is the lights wired up.
Pic4 is what the cab looks like.

There's no real nice way to say this...
Your question shows a basic lack of knowledge of anything to do with electricity or wiring. Find someone who knows about wiring to help you wire your box!
