polite phrases (thank you, excuse me, etc)

I do say them and mean them

IThinkIamFeelingit Reviewed by IThinkIamFeelingit on 09-04-2007. polite phrases (thank you, excuse me, etc) do you actually use these to be curteous and you mean it, or do you just use them becuase you feel obligated to and you don't want to be rude? 95% of the time i use them becuase i feel obligated/to not be rude... especially thank you with friends and family, i just assume my thanks are already known.
