Temperatures in my wardrobe range from 78 at night up to 92 during the day but most of the time they are hovering around 85. I have a large osilating fan on them almost all the time now to keep it at 84. They were given a small amount of nutrients. I know I know your not supposed to give seedlings nutes for like 3 weeks but i diluted it to a 10th of the strength on the bottle and they really started to grow even faster. I water them every 4 days as its pretty hot in my cab. Thats all i can think of.JoeSchmoe Reviewed by JoeSchmoe on . Seedling 911 Ok This is my first time growing. I just got through my first grow and I had the same problems first starting out as you, and this is what I learned. First thing, you shouldn't have added nutes, even at such a weak mixture. They shouldn't be fed til about 3rd week or 5th/6th node, and even then, at a really diluted strength.
And the temps in your wardrobe, 85 is pushing it on the temps, 92 is just too high. I had problems of heat in my cab, getting up into the low 90s and my young plants suffered because of it. See if you can get some ventilation, an oscillating fan won't do the trick of extracting the hot air. You need a fan for exhaust out of the wardrobe and some passive or active intakes for cool air to move into the closet. Once I got my temps under control, my plants really flourished and they thanked me for it in the end. See if you can get it steady below 85.
Some seedlings that I had kinda had a few deformed leaves, and they straightened themselves out in the end. I wouldn't worry about that.
Good luck!
