I know a couple...you know those kind of people...the ones that never listen, interupt you to talk about something irrevalant to whatever you were saying..I eventually end up telling them that they talk way too much and it gets annoying....but it dont help cause they end up interrupting me when I am telling them that, to talk about something else.. WTF. LOL:rastasmoke:

Yeah I try to avoid those types. When I'm around them I don't respond to their comments and don't ask them q's, just make general dicta to no one in specific (generally too abstract or intellectual for them to be capable of responding anyway, but that doesn't keep them from talking). I tell them the more time they spend talking the less time they have to think. Fuckers on cell phones should all get into one big collective fatal car crash

Ugh. Yes. One of my friends is someone who always feels she has to be running her mouth.
And two of my parents' oldest friends, both older ladies, are notoriously incessant talkers. It is so exhausting to be with them for any length of time.
My husband occasionally tells me--and I consider this a high compliment--that one of the reasons he loves me is that I know how to be quiet and don't always have to fill empty air time. I think not having to articulate every thought that comes through our head is a good thing, particularly for women. It helps us maintain more control and promote an aura of mystery.\"That best portion of a good man\'s life: his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love.\"

I do the same thing..There is just a time to shut up and listen..watch the pauses and never be the one to break the silence..I love the silent moments that I have with people..it actually makes me closer to them because there is no need to impress or fill silent gaps with nonsensical bs..Less is More....Less is More

yeah, talking can sometimes kill the mood, especially over talking.
??Silences make the real conversations between friends. Not the saying but the never needing to say is what counts.?

I know a few people who like to talk, a lot. One, is a co-worker. She is one of those people who think every thought out loud, so not only do I process my own own thoughts, but hers as well. It's exhausting.

The other is a dealer who I rarely go to. Him and his girlfriend are the type to talk at the exact same time, seriously. They both talk to me at the same time so there is 2 of them yapping at me about the current topic we are talking about. Pretty annoying as well. Then when I have something to say, it's like 5 seconds, and they start going off, at the same time, for another 5 minutes. Not only is his weed not up to par, he is annoying, and his bags don't weigh up. He thinks I don't wseigh my shit or something. He always sells me 13.5gram half ounces, and when I get an ounce, he gives me 2 half ounce bags, with 13.5grams in each. Me losing 1 gram total.
He wonders why I don't call him anymore. Bastard!

I hve found that a lot of dealers are incessant talkers..maybe it is because they want to space out the time that you get there to the time you leave..so it dosent look suspicious..they learned that trick in dealer school.

my mom.....
I have developed a skill, not to even hear what she says. It's like my brain has learned to put her on mute while everything else is normal.all posts under this user name are purely for role playing purposes
