Seriously though, never admit it. I've been in this situation plenty of times having been caught by parents and school officials. If you're questioned and there is really no hard evidence other than smell don't admit a damn thing. Police especially, NEVER answer any of their questions...tell them you want to speak with your attorney.

Yeah I got caught a while back by my guardian, but I think it was because of my friend. I think that she told because she felt like she had to tell her mom. Btw (I live with her so her mom is pretty much my mom). She will not admit, but I am sure she told. Since then though I quit for probably 3 weeks, then started smoking again and now I am here. I do not want to have to quit, but her mom has the same unoriginal beliefs about smoking that it is dangerous, unhealthy, and irresponsible and she thinks that I am just trying to hide everything. Getting caught made me want to quit for a while so I would not have to hear another 3 hour long speech about why it is not good to smoke weed. Now I am just super good about hiding the smell and shit like that. She does not have the smallest idea. lol I REALLY hope I do not get caught again.

Denial does work for awhile....but you trade in your credibility which gets to be even more of a pain in the ass when nobody believes anything you say....about anything.... since it's pretty obvious to most people what the score is whether they can prove it or not.

HOWEVER, I'm certainly not saying denial doesn't have its place....

first dont smoke in the house, if it is there house and they pay the bills
then show them respect, if that does not apply then, always have your room

smelling real nice, many ways you can do that I dont need to explain, also
keep your self smelling nice, that way they get use to a certain smell, and

wont think it is stange when all of a sudden they smell like Glade fragranc
or what ever you might be useing, then they might think you are trying to

cover up somthing, so keep things smelling nice even when your out and not
smoking. may not be perfect but it has worked for me at times.
