    got cought again...

Depends on the parents really, some don't see it as such a bad thing while to others its the "YOU'VE BEEN SMOKING MARIJUANA!!!!!!!!"

In my situation my mother had claimed to smell pot, and summoned my father to confirm "It smells like someones been smoking dope in here." I would not have admitted it, thats too easy. I simply remained calm and told them I had no idea what they were talking about, after all there was no actual smoke. Make up some bullshit excuse even if it is completely improbable or obviously a lie. Im pretty sure I told them it was just cologne or air freshener. After the interrogation and some snooping which turned up nothing I was told that if they smelled smoke in my room again I was to be grounded and a week later was threatened with a drug test, which turned out to be an empty threat.

At school when a teacher saw me about to spark a bowl in an alcove directly outside a set of doors I did the same thing, denied everything, and said I didn't smoke and that I went out that way to get to my locker...which was a very stupid excuse since the door I would have entered into only leads up to the same doors we had come out of. Nevertheless he told me he was going to send a notice to my administrator, which he never did.

Never say more than you have to, and in many cases you'll find that you didn't need to say anything at all. (Less is more)

I sorta agree here. Denial is key. I've been nearly pinched several times. The police are easy to deal with- no physical evidence (nothing they can show a judge or jury), no conviction. You can't arrest someone on a smell, and if you can- you can't get a conviction. Parents, however.. they're a different story. What they say goes, and if they think it, you already got convicted.

Sensi Super Skunk, We're not trying to make pot seem like a bad thing. The government did that a long time ago, to remove the "threat" of mexicans and black jazz musicians. All I'm doing is protecting my own ass, and the ass of someone who asked for some FRIENDLY advice.

I've said this countless times, but namecalling on a message board is redundant. Be cool, leave the namecalling for the bedroom.

Even if you're holding a hit in your mouth when someone walks in and it smells like pot you have no idea what they're talking about. It must be something else. You don't smoke that shit. Smoke comming out of your mouth? Nah, it must just be cold.

Nullific is right, denial works very good obviously not as much as he said first but I think he was exagerating

any of guys have incents? you should light some of those every now and then. Also, you can't act like all bad when you get caught, I mean if you don't think you are doing anything wrong just chill and talk, and be responsable and do your shit, its stuff that you can do while smoking everyday, its no different.

I don't have anyone to hide from anymore, except George Bush. However, when I did.. I would deny it up and down. I'm not embarrassed of smoking, I just think it's better if certain people don't know.

And sorry for the double post above. Mod?

    got cought again...

Im in a real big fix right now. I got arrested for dealing at the mall ( very stupid i know) and charged and everything and my parents were "shocked" and such. THey totaly think that weed makes you lazy, and makes you become narcistic or something. In fact my dad wrote me a 15 page letter of exampoles of poeple he knew who had their lives "ruined" by the chron,. I tried to dispute of course but they wouldnt buy shit at all. So now im on probation and cant smoke for a while but afterwards if im cought again my parents will be so unbelievebly pissed and I have no idea what to do, they dont care that im responsible and get good grades etc they still think its bad and they think that is horrible that its doing something illegal alo :/ Any Advice?

    redundant:

adj: more than is needed, desired, or required
adj: use of more words than required to express an idea
adj: repetition of same sense in different words

Cannabis doesn't ruin lives, irresponsibility ruins lives.
