eh, the bud doesn't look too great but for the casual smoker $40 for quater of mids is pretty normal so I would say if you got ripped off it was only that $5 extra you paid.

Mids, wet, seeds.
Dry that looks like it would be ~4 grams, tops.
Definitely not a quarter.
It may dry to a nice smoke, but I can say that for weight reasons alone you got ripped off.
Never buy wet herb unless you are getting a KILLER deal and plan to dry it, in which case, know about how much you think it will be dry and pay based on the DRY weight minus a few bucks for the hassle of drying it yourself.
