the teachings of don jaun is wikid.

i start off with breathing to focus my mind. then depending on what i want to achieve i usually either in the morning concentrate on my muscles growing and breathing and working stonger and efficentely, starting at the toes all the way to my brain where i imagine it working and firing at full speed. works great to energise me.

in the evening i start with breathing and kinda do the opposite. but i finish with my mind imaginig it is like a cup i can turn all the way round and slowly empty all the water out of it. i find this really relaxing to help me sleep peacefully and not think before bed.
